Remove menu buttons from home but not other pages

    Hi there,

    Can you tell me how I remove the menu buttons from my home page only, but NOT all my OTHER PAGES that follow?

    Also, how I remove my facebook 'like' button from all other pages but NOT my HOME PAGE?

    I would also like the white space closed up between my home page intro text and the 4 feature images underneath - how do I this?

    Sorry for all the questions but I hope you can answer each one as fully as possible.
