Homepage newsletter on/off not working

    When I select the "off" radio button for the newsletter sign-up it works. BUT if I go in and make any updates in the "Homepage Settings" area it reverts back to "on"

    Please help me resolve this issue. I see that someone else had the issue in the past but there was no solution given.

    This problem may be occurring because of plugins you are using deactivate the all plugins and checkout that which plugin is creating this problem, If this will not solve the issue then send your wp-dashboard id, password and dashboard login page link with problem description
