How to change font colour telephone numbers

Hi, I changed the colour of my header to white. Now I can't see the telephone numbers.

Can you tell me how to change the font colour of the telephone numbers please.

The numbers are in a really pale blue. The came out like this when I made the header white. I am still stuck on this.
