Go to
Appearance > Theme Option > Home Page Settings > Testimonial Content
and enter your text there.

Hello,

For video go to the
Appearance > Theme options > Home page settings > Testimonial Widget Heading, Testimonial Widget
And add embed code of your video theme.

For background
Appearance > Theme options > General settings > Body Background image.
