Sort category in the select box of add classified

how the categories are sorted in the select box of add classified form?
please let me know how I can display all the categories of a parent together.

Those categories are sorted alphabetically. All categories whether they are parent or child will display there.

About which area you are talking. Because theme by default group categories parent wise.
