Navigation Bar

The navigation bar stopped working. When you click it, it won't slide down the webpage to it's correlating section.

I have checked the website and yes, navigation bar does work- but now all of the posts are now missing from the main page. I'm not sure what was done while you were fixing to cause this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
